I offer massage treatments independently of osteopathic treatments as although osteopathy uses many “soft tissue techniques”, many of you want massage by itself .

I originally qualified in Swedish remedial massage and have practiced this form for over 30 years. This is a well-established treatment for helping in recovery from injury, managing stress and assisting in lymphatic drainage etc. 

More recently I have introduced a radically different form of treatment known as
NO HANDS® Massage. This dynamic new form of massage is sweeping across the world as one of the most powerful new therapeutic massage treatments available.
Conceived and developed by UK therapist Gerry Pyves after 20 years of clinical testing, it is being hailed as "The Gentle Giant" of healing therapies.

It is deep and powerful, yet so very gentle. Many people who have experienced this form of therapy are now referring to NO HANDS as "The New Massage" - because it is such a different experience from any other Massage and Bodywork.
